At Shop Huff Harrington, we want you to be completely enamored with your home decor and lifestyle finds. If an item isn't the perfect fit for your space, we accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our concierge team at [email protected] with your order number and the specific items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare Your Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original shipping materials to ensure they remain protected during transit, as items must be in brand-new, resaleable condition.
Ship It Back
Affix your prepaid shipping label (if provided) or ship via your preferred insured carrier to our Atlanta gallery address, clearly marking your RA number on the exterior.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned merchandise, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees, within 5-7 business days.
